Dear Richard,

I would like to express my gratitude to your presence last week, it's really an unforgettable experience.

Although it didn't take long (just a hour and a half maybe) when you were here, I was impressed by your working style, all the people under you are undoubtedly loyal and admire you deep from their hearts, all of the reporters are crazy about you, which is very amazing!

Knowing you've won a place in the Election Committee (IT Subsection) today, congratuations! It's my pleasure giving you a (tiny) hand for your meetings, and I look forward to seeing you in the forseeable future.
