好簡單, 以下呢幾個step可以體現到咩叫做「反差」:
1.認得啲麻煩客o既電話, 一見到佢哋打嚟就「頂!!!」
2.用一把最cheerful既聲講「kristie’s speaking~」
3.用一把最sincere既聲笑住咁同佢講「哦~ 唔駛客氣~ 有咩事再打俾我吖~~~」
(因為… 你唔笑佢係會知道ga……)
4.等個客收咗線之後dum電話, 再「xyz@#*$"」
我都唔想架, 我都覺得自己好恐怖呀~~~
